What you can expect:
The opening of the Artists’ Studio Trail takes place at the Trail’s hub, the Courthouse Café, allowing you to meet the 12 participating artists from 7.30 to 8.30 pm on Friday 17 April.

The Artists’ Studio Trail has been very popular in past festivals and gives visitors the opportunity to talk with the artists at work in their studios. See the website for each artist for individual opening times.  

There will also be lunchtime art lectures at the Courthouse from 12.30 to 1.00pm on Monday 20, Wednesday 22 and Friday 24.

As the hub of the trail, The Courthouse Café will:

• exhibit examples of the artists’ work
• host the opening
• host the lecture series
• provide maps and information about the trail. (This material will also be available at most exhibitions.)

The Trail meets the festival’s aims of celebrating creativity and community and upholds its principles of excellence and inclusivity allowing free participation to the public.
